All games except three is Haraam

Speech of  opposition :They say that Football, cricket etc play are legal with condition.

What is said in Islam :According to Hadish Shareef except three exercise all other playings are Haraam. Those are Horse racing, Swimming, spin of thread. Besides those all games are Haraam . So it is kufri to say football and cricket legal with condition. So both playing and watching  those games are Haraam.
