It is ‘Qufri’ (against Islam) to believe in reborn or another birth

Speech of  opposition :If a man dies before making himself sacred, then he will return to earth as dumb, deaf etc way. (Naujubillah)

What is said in Islam : Those kind of believers are the Hindus and the Buddists.It is kufri to believe those statements. Because According to islami Shariah man wont return to earth again. Those who believe those statement in the name of sufi and tasaouf, that those are rejected.
