Allah Pak the Greatest orders, “(Oh My Habeeb Swallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam), ask them to settle down everything related to their personal, family, social, educational, financial, law and even the governance issues according to what Allah Pak Has sent upon them i.e. according to the sacred Quran Shareef and the sacred Sunnah Shareef.

 

 

In this country where 98 percent of the population is Muslim, everything including the law and the administration of the Government system has to be framed in accordance with the sacred Quran Shareef and the sacred Hadees Shareef which is desired by the Muslims of our country. This is only the demand of them.

 

 

So the constitution of Bangladesh must be re-written replacing all anti-Islamic clauses and laws by the directives of the sacred Quran Shareef and the sacred Hadees Shareef. The current Government who made the commitment that ‘no law will be passed against the sacred Quran Shareef and the sacred Hadees Shareef’  must take immediate steps regarding this matter.

Focal Wali-Allah, Imaam and Mujtahid of the age, Imaamul Aimmah, Muhyus Sunnah, Qutwubul A’alam, Mujaddide A’azwam, ‘Qwaiyumuz-Zaman, Jabbariul Awwal, ‘Qwawewool Awwal, Sultwanun-Naseer, ‘Habeebullah, Jamiul Alqab, Awladur Rwasool, Mawlana Saiyiduna ‘Ha’drwat Imaamul Umam Alaihis Salaam says, “Allah Pak the Greatest dictates, `O believers! submit yourselves completely to Islam. Do not follow  the steps of Satan. Obviously, Satan is  a revealed enemy of you’.

 

Mujaddide A’azwam Saiyiduna ‘Ha’drwat Imaamul Umam Alaihis Salaam continues, Allah Pak the Greatest also dictates that, ‘Hold those tightly what Noor-e-Mujassam, ‘Habeebullaah, ‘Hu’dur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam brought to you and keep yourselves away from those what He advised to avoid.  And fear Allah Pak regarding this matter. Obviously, Allah Pak can punish the hardest. “

 

Mujaddide A’azwam Saiyiduna ‘Ha’drwat Imaamul Umam Alaihis Salaam continues,  ‘Saiyeedul Mursaleen, Imaamul Mursaleen, Noore Mujassam, Habeebullah Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam narrates,  it was made obvious for you to follow the Sunnah of Mine and my enlightened Khulapha-e-Rwashideen ‘Alaihimus Salam and grasp these tightly with canine teeth’.

Mujaddide A’azwam Saiyiduna ‘Ha’drwat Imaamul Umam Alaihis Salaam continues, ‘It is far’d for every Muslim to follow the directives of the sacred Quran Shareef and the sacred Sunnah Shareef to settle down every personal, familial, social and other issues in every walks of life i.e. in education, financial, judiciary or even in ruling system. And following the directives  of the sacred Quran Shareef and the sacred Hadees Shareef  to be ignored by any means for even a second.

 

Mujaddide A’azwam Saiyiduna ‘Ha’drwat Imaamul Umam Alaihis Salaam added that Allah Pak the Greatest dictates, ‘(Oh My Habeeb Swallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam), ask the people to manage their personal, family, social, educational, financial, law and  governance issues according to what Allah Pak Has sent upon them i.e. according to the sacred Quran Shareef and the sacred Sunnah Shareef. Allah Pak the Greatest asks, ‘Except the directives of the sacred Quran Shareef and the sacred Hadees Shareef, do they seek the life of the ignorant to follow?

 

Mujaddide A’azwam Saiyiduna ‘Ha’drwat Imaamul Umam Alaihis Salaam continues to add, ‘Allah Pak the Greatest further declared that those who do not follow the directives what Allah Pak sent upon them i.e. those people who do not follow the directives of the sacred Quran Shareef and the sacred Hadees Shareef in every walk of their lives are faseek (non-devotee) whatever it be the personal, family, social, educational, financial or even law and governance issues. Allah Pak the Greatest Dictates, ‘those are Jaleem ( oppressor, persecutor) who do not follow the directives of the sacred Quran Shareef and the sacred Hadees Shareef  to solve  every personal, family, social, educational, financial, law and governance issues.  Allah Pak the Greatest declares, “those who do not follow the directives what Allah Pak sent upon them i.e. who do not follow the directives of the sacred Quran Shareef and the sacred Hadees Shareef to render every work related to their personal, familial, social, educational, financial or even law and governance issues are Kafir (disbeliever).

 

Mujaddide A’azwam Saiyiduna ‘Ha’drwat Imaamul Umam Alaihis Salaam says that the basic fact is, the 98 percent of the population of the country is Muslim and their only demand is that  everything should be directed according to the sacred Quran Shareef and the sacred Hadees Shareef.  Everywhere from education, financial, judiciary, ruling to the personal, familial, social, or any other aspects of life,  the instructions mentioned in the sacred Quran Shareef and the sacred Hadith Hareef to be followed. This is desired by all Muslims by their heart and soul. This is only the demand of them. So the constitution of Bangladesh must be rewritten by evading all anti-Islamic laws and inserting the directives of the sacred Quran Shareef and the sacred Hadith Shareef. The present government who made the commitment to the Muslim of Bangladesh that no law will be passed against the sacred Quran Shareef and the sacred Hadith Shareef should take immediate action regarding this matter.
