It is legal to perform ‘Saani Jamaat’ in Masjid is legal

Speech of  opposition : They says that it is not legal to pray ‘Sani jamaat in Masjid at any how.

What is said in Islam : According to famous books of Islami Shariah it is legal to pray saani jamat in Masjid if necessary. There is rules to pray Saani Jamaat at the Masjid where Imaam and Muazzin is fixed- Saani jamaat should be performed without Azaan and Iqamat and to the other place where Imaam and Muazzin stands. It should be noted that those who stays beside the Masjid should not arrange Saani jamaat without reason
