Qawl Shareef of Sayyiduna Ha’drat Imamul Umam ‘Alaihis Salam:
The focal WaliAllah of the age, The Imaam and Mujtaheed, The Mujaddid of this century, Mujaddide Azam, Ghausul Azam Hadrat Imaamul Umam ‘Alaihis Salaam says, there are some dishonest businessmen who are enemies of the Muslims are making syndicates and increasing the prices of the goods. Although some measures are taken by the government but failed to control the situation effectively.That’s why, it is time to take strong and punitive measures so that the price of the goods remain within tolerable range.
Mujaddide Azam,Saiyidunaa, Hadrat Imaamul Umam ‘Alaihis Salaam says about the consequences of those people who increase the prices of the goods by forming syndicates in the hope of receiving extra profits; it is narrated in the sacred Hadis Shareef, Messenger of Allah Pak, Noor e Mujassam, Habibullah Hudur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam said, “If somebody stores cereals more than 40 days to make extra profit by creating scarcity in the maket, his sin is so much that even if all the foods are distributed among the poor, sin will not be forgiven. ”
Mujaddide A’azam, Sayyiduna, Hadrat Imamul Umam Alaihis Salaam says, “Noor Mujassam Habibullah Huzur Pak Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam said,” The person who keeps the food for 40 days to increase the additional price, Allah Pak is unhappy with him .” Nawuzubillah!
Mujaddide Azam,Saiyidunaa, Hadrat Imaamul Umam ‘Alaihis Salaam says, once Amirul Mu’minin Hadrat Karramallahu Wazhahu Alaihis Salam was reported about a storeman , he said, “Dump his warehouse into ashes with fire.”
Mujaddide Azam,Saiyidunaa, Hadrat Imaamul Umam ‘Alaihis Salaam says that it is narrated in the sacred Hadis Shareef, “The person who buys food grains from one place and sells it at other places at the market rates, he will get the reward of distributing all the crops among the poor ” . SubhanAllah.
It is also stated, “That person will get a reward for the release of a bonded slave.” SubhanAllah!
So everyone has to be honest in business. Because in the sacred Hadis, so many rewards have been described for truthful and faithful traders. In the sacred Hadis Shareef, it is stated , Noor e Mujassam ‘Habibullah Hudur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam declares, “Hashar-Nashar (fate of Akhirat) of the truthful and faithful traders will be with the Prophet, Siddiq and the martyrs.” Subhan Allah.
Mujaddide Azam,Saiyidunaa, Hadrat Imaamul Umam ‘Alaihis Salaam says , besides, it is decribed in Hadis Shareef about dishonest businessmen, “Hashar-Nashar (fate of Akhirat) of the dishonest traders will be with the Fasik-Fujjar (bad people).” Nawuzubillah!
It is not only forbidden to stock the goods in order to gain more profits or increase the value, but also the reason for destroying the right of the general people which is contradictory with the Respected Islamic Shariah.
Mujaddide Azam,Saiyidunaa, Hadrat Imaamul Umam ‘Alaihis Salaam says , therefore, the responsibility of the government is to identify those who are forming syndicates; collecting rice, pulses, oils, molasses, sugar, chillies etc. to increase the market rate; and to take strict action against them.
However, this tremendous trend can not be prevented only by the force of the law. Because people can easily bypass the people’s law. In that case, it is essential for people to be loyal to Allah Pak, and to feel fear towards Him, and to learn values and ethos about this to awake themselves. And for this , it is obligatory to get Islah (purity) by taking oath in the hand of Awliyaa e Kirwaam and to practice Zikr-Azkar and to have company with them.
