Allah Pak Declares, “Allah Pak renders Special Mercy (Rwahmah) to anybody whom Allah Pak wishes to.” It is the Shari’ah instruction to begin an Arabic month by sighting thew moon. Following that Fatwa, Muslim World League (Rwabita ‘Alam Al Islami) proclaimed the same Fatwa regarding this. Although playing an important role in patronising and funding but Saudi Arabia itself does not follow them. Saudi Arabia does not begin an Arabic month by sighting the moon for many decades.

Prime Point of Allah’s attention, Imam and Mujtahid of the age, Imaamul Aimmah, Qutwubul A’alam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah, Mamduh, Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee of Rajarbagh Dorbar Shareef, Dhaka said, “It is the Shari’ah instruction to begin an Arabic month by sighting the moon.
Following that Fatwa, Muslim World League (Rwabita ‘Alam Al Islami) proclaimed the same Fatwa regarding this. Although playing an important role in patronising and funding but Saudi Arabia itself does not follow them. Saudi Arabia does not begin an Arabic month by sighting the moon for many decades.”
He exclaimed at those countries that being members of Muslim World League do not follow their own Fatwa.
Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “Muslim World League was founded in 1962 at Makkah Shareef. The fourth convention of Muslim World League was held from 7 Rwabius Sani Shareef till 17 Rwabius Sani Shareef in 1401 Hijree that is 31 years from now.”
Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “In the fourth convention of Muslim World League, a joint decision was taken that all countries of the world shall follow Ikhtilaful Matla (sighting the moon separately in respective regions) instead of Ittihadul Matla (if moon is sighted anywhere, it shall be acceptable for the whole world) in counting the Arabic months.” Representatives of Saudi Arabia, Syria, Lebanon and many other Muslim states were present there. That Fatwa of Muslim World League was signed by 17 Mufti. The former grand mufti bin bazz and former imam of Masjidul Haram Muhammad Bin ‘Abdullah Al suhail were among them.
Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “Although the Muslim World League was established in 1962 at Makkah Shareef with other Muslim countries but Saudi Arabia had the major financial backup. The organisation which was formed with the Saudi funding and patronisation and also where Fatwa were proclaimed with all the Mufti of the Muslim countries, yet the wahabi government of Saudi Arabia is beginning the Arabic month by sighting the moon in their respective areas or sometimes following the concept of Ittihadul Matla or sometimes even on simply self-made ideas. ”
Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “The wahabi government of Saudi Arabia will search for the moon for the month of Zulqadah on 27th of September 2011, Tuesday. That day moon will set just twelve minutes after the sunset. So there is no probability of sighting the moon that day. Bangladesh will look for the moon for the month of Zulqadah on the 28th of September 2011, Thursday. That day, the age of the moon will be more than 24 hours. And the moon will stay 6 degrees above the horizontal line. Time difference between the setting of the moon and sunset will be only 27 minutes. The Azimuth of the sun will be 26.8 degrees and the moon will be at 254 degrees. That means the moon is to be found at the left of the setting sun and far left from the west. But the probability of sighting the moon in Bangladesh on that day is very less.”
