It is special Sunnat to use Loqob (title) with name

Speech of  opposition :They say that using title before name is false and previous Aleem never used so many titles. Even Huzur Pak Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam had not many titles.(Naujubillah)

What is said in Islam : Using title is Sunnat of Allah, Huzur Pak Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, Hazrat Sahaba E Kiram Radiallahu Taala Anhum and Oliallah. Huzur Pak Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam has billions of title. Previous oliallah also used many title. Those who oppose tile, their respected teachers also used many titles. So speaking title false is kufri.
