No sin is Swageera (small) To compare, some sin are called  as Swageerah (small) and  some  are Kabeera (serious or big). But the Swageerah Gunah (small sin) lures to commit Kabeera Gunah (serious sin). So using camera CCTV and any other device deals with photography should be banned immediately. If it is not stopped now, a every concerned person will have to take account of  all crimes and sins that would follow the  usage of camera and photography. Na’oo’zubillah!

Mujaddide A’azwam, Saiyiduna ‘Ha’drwat Imaamul Umam ‘Alaihis Salaam says that the use of camera is not allowed in the honorable Islamic c Shariah  Earlier the  use of camera remained limited and restricted.  As a result people failed  to understand its harmful effect. But now-a-days the criminal incident has been increased a lot due to the increase in photography  along with usage of  CCTV, digital camera, video camera, mobile camera, etc..
