Hadis Shareef has the reference that, “Factors negating Hajj for someone to become Far’d are: clear obstructions, tyrant rulers or severe illness”. Beginning an Arabic lunar calendar without viewing the moon, setting numerous CCTVs in sacred places, compelling people to do Hajj by taking photographs and not ensuring a full pardah (Hijab) environment by the Saudi wahabi government, are factors those are hindering the Iman and ‘A’amal of the Haji, despite having abilities for journey. The Saudi government should declare the month of Jilhajj by actually sighting the moon, remove all CCTVs, arrange for Hajj without photos and ensure that a full-Hijab environment remains there.

Prime Point of Allah’s attention, Imam and Mujtahid of the age, Imaamul Aimmah, Qutwubul A’alam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah, Mamduh Hajrat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam of Rajarbagh Dorbar Shareef, Dhaka said, ‘Hadis Shareef has the reference that, “Factors negating Hajj for someone to become Far’d are: clear obstructions, tyrant rulers or severe illness”. Beginning an Arabic lunar calendar without viewing the moon, setting numerous CCTVs in sacred places, compelling people to do Hajj by taking photographs and not ensuring a full pardah (Hijab) environment by the Saudi wahabi government, are factors those are hindering the Iman and ‘A’amal of the Haji, despite having abilities for journey. The Saudi government should declare the month of Jilhajj by sighting the moon, remove all CCTVs, arrange for Hajj without photos and ensure a full-Hijab environment.
At the time of beginning the month of Jilhajj, He presented these Nasihah Shareef (advices) while discussing the importance of the Sacred Hajj and cautioning the Saudi Government.
Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam says, “Hajj is not performed by one to emblem himself as ‘Al-Hajj’ or ‘Haji’, rather it is performed for obtaining the satisfaction of Allah Pak and Habeebullah Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam. Therefore, it is Far’d-Wajib for all the Hajji Swahib of the world to remain completely aware in this regard, do practice by learning the true aspects and do circulate the issue all over.”
Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam says, “As Hajj is the order of Allah Pak and Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam, so are doing Hijab (Pardah), refraining from taking snaps and performing Hajj by beginning the month through sighting the moon. Following one order but disobeying another is completely prohibited. In this regard, Allah Pak Declares, “So do you believe in part of the Scripture (Qur’an Shareef) and disbelieve in part? (That cannot be). Then what is the recompense for those who do that among you except disgrace in worldly life; and they will be sent back to the severest of punishment in the hereafter. And Allah is Aware of what you do.” (Sura Baqara, Ayat Shareef 85).
Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam says, “Since many years, Saudi government has been ruining the sacred Hajj by declaring the sacred month of Zilhajj without sighting the moon. There are even instances that false witnesses were arranged some year and again dates were shifted backward even after starting it correctly! In this regard there have been ample of publications in ‘The Daily Al-Ihsan’ and ‘The Monthly Al-Baiyinaat Shareef’. Also this year, there are severe possibilities of varying the dates. That means there are possibilities of beginning the sacred month of Jilhajj one day ahead without sighting the moon. And if that is done, the Hajj for this year would also be nullified. It is Far’d for the Hajji Swahib to stay in the field of Arafah on the 9th of Jilhajj Shareef but instead they would stay there on the 8th. Similarly the Wajib ‘A’amal of being at Mujdalifa, Wajib of hair cut, Tawaf-e-Ziyarah or the Far’d of opening I’hram on the 10th or after, all would be spoiled!”
Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam says, “Besides the conspiracy with moon-sighting, there are also the treachery regarding photographs and Hijab (Parda). Particularly every male and female has to submit at least 18 photographs for taking permission of Hajj. Moreover they have to show documents at different places containing photos. In addition, there are CC cameras installed at every sacred place which take pictures of the Hajji Swahib at every second leading to the recording of millions of kabeerwah sin in their names. Na’oo’zubillah!
Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam says, “The Haji(s) Swahib should launch vehement protests regarding beginning of Arabic calendar without viewing the moon, setting up of numerous CCTVs in sacred places, compelling people to do Hajj by taking photographs and not ensuring a full pardah (Hijab) environment by the Saudi wahabi government. It should rather be Far’d-Wajib for every Haji Swahib of the world to launch protests in these issues.”
