Donating in lieu of Qurbani

Allah Pak Dictates, “Remain determined on right track whatever you have been commanded to.” It is the Shari’ah instruction to do Qurbani for all those who are solvent. Not doing Qurbani, if the money is given to flood affected, epidemic captured or tornado stricken people, Qurbani will not be considered as done, rather that will be the sin of violating Wajib. Besides, there will be absolute kufri for distorting the Shari’ah rules. Therefore it would be Far’d Wajib for everybody to abstain from making such statements or practices.”

 

Prime Point of Allah’s attention, Imaam and Mujtahid of the age, Imaamul Aimmah, Qutwubul A’alam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah, Mamduh Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee of Rajarbagh Dorbar Shareef, Dhaka said, “Cyclones, floods, tornados etc. are the earnings of the derailed ruling class and the common mass misled by the  religion-monger malanas of this country. Allah Pak dictates, “Corruption has appeared throughout the land and sea by [reason of] what the hands of people have earned; so Allah Pak may let them taste part of [the consequence of] what they have done that perhaps they will return [to righteousness].” (Sura Ar-Rum, Ayat Shareef 41).

 

Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “Instead of asking for relief from divine retributions of Allah Pak, few religion-mongers and the ruling classes misguided by them along with some commoners and journalists nurtured by the jews and certain so called intellectual economists are mocking with ‘Islam’. They are speaking and formulating unfounded suggestions against Qurbani. Regarding these people, Allah Pak Declares, ‘Allah Pak Says, “And We seized them with extreme poverty (or loss in wealth) and loss in health with calamities, so that they might believe with humility. When Our Torment reached them, they did not believe with humility. Their hearts became hardened, and shaitwaan (Satan) made fair-seeming to them that which they used to do’. (Sura An’am)”

 

Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, ‘Allah Pak Dictates, “This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My Ni’amah (favor) upon you and have approved for you Islam as the only Dwin (religion).” This Ayat Shareef only establishes that the rules and regulations of Islam are fixed and remain unalterable till Qiyamah.”

 

Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, ‘Allah Pak Dictates, “Offer your Swalat and do Qurbani for the Satisfaction of Allah Pak.” (Sura Kawsar, Ayat Shareef 2).

 

Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, ‘Allah Pak Declares in Qur’an Shareef, “For every nation, We have ordained religious ceremonies [e.g. slaughtering of the cattle] which they must follow; so let them not dispute with you on this matter.” (Sura Hajj).

 

Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “That anti-Islamic earmarked group engaged themselves against Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam in a dispute of not doing the Qurbani. They virtually defied Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam and otherwise claimed to be ‘Rwasool’ by themselves through proclaiming new Shari’ah rules!” Na’oo’zubillahi min Zaliq!

 

Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, ‘Zakat and Qurbani are the Directions from Allah Pak and Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam. No Jinn or Insan has any right to change the directions. Allah Pak Declares, “And whosoever looks for a way other than Islam, it won’t be accepted of him, and he will be one of the losers in the hereafter”.’

 

 

 

Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “Hajrat Sahaba-e-Kiram RwadiAllahu Ta’ala Anhum established precedents that no virtuous work can be done in lieu of Zakat or Qurbani, nor could it be stopped at any unfavorable situations. Afdwalun Naas, Ba’dal Ambia, Hajrat Abu Bakr Siddique RwadiAllahu Ta’ala ‘Anhu commented, “Be aware! If anyone denies donating even a rope of Zakat, I shall continue Jihad against him”. Similarly, those denying Qurbani cannot remain as Muslims.”

 

Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “Days back, there was a cyclone before the Qurbani. But there were also massive cyclones in the past in 1795, 1797, 1897, 1904, 1905, 1906, 1918, 1958, 1960, 1961, 1963, 1970, 1974, 1985, 1986, 1991 and 1997 in different districts of Bangladesh. Then the issue of Qurbani did not come in. Or may be in the future, there would be many more calamities when it would not be the Qurbani time. How then those affected people would be helped out?”

 

Mujaddide A’zwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “One who will do Qurbani, shall become more sympathetic towards Muslims for having unbending faith on Islam and shall help the distressed more. And one who will not do Qurbani but give the money to the affected people will be showy and self-advertising. Therefore, those who want to give the Qurbani money to the distressed are actually exhibitionist and flamboyant. Their works are like ‘shirq’ with Allah Pak. Their acts are deceptions in the disguise of ‘Neki’ (virtuous acts).”
