Shab e Borat is also proved by many Shahih Hadish Shareef

It is not Bidaat rather than Special Sunnat to stay awake at that night with Nafaal Ibadaat and to fast by day.
It is not Bidaat to stay awake at that night with Nafaal Ibadaat and to fast by day. It is completely legal according to Shariat and that means Quraan Shareef and Hadish Shareef.
And it is strict exposed Kufri to decleare the issue that is accepted by Quraan Shareef and Hadiah Shareef. Being a Muslim, if a person commits Qufri, then he becomes Murtaad and Qaafir.
It is known that, Ibadaat are actually of two kinds. 1)-Fard, 2)-Nafal. Wajib, Sunnat (Muaqqadah, Jaidah), Mustahaab etc are the kinds of Nafal Ibadaat. According to importance they are distribute like-one is Wajib, one is Sunnat e Muaqqadah, one is Sunnat e Jaidah, one is Mustahaab.
According to more than one Surah of Kalamullah Shareef, there is order and advice to pray Nafal by staying awake at night. As an example-
(198)
Meaning: “Hey Rwasoolullah Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam who is covered up with sacred blanket! Stand up except leaving a little part of the whole night; half of the night or a little more or less and recite Quraan Shareef sequencely and clearly. I sent down important Ayaat upon you. Certainly waking up at night is very effective in concentrating and in favour of clear pronounciation. Certainly you keep yourself busy for long time with work by day. Zikir by remembering the sacred name of your Rwaab Ta`aala and strictly concentrate in it. He is the Rwaab of the East and the West. There is no Ilaah but him.” (Surah Mujammil: Ayaat Shareef 1-9).
On the above Ayaat Shareef, it is said to engage ourselves into praying to Allah Ta`aala and that means praying Tahajjud Swalaat, to recite Quraan Shareef, to Zikir to Allah Ta`aala with full concentration and to concentrate only to Allah Ta`aala leaving behind relationship with the creation.
It is noted that, Praying Tahajjud, reciting Quraan Shareef and reciting Zikir explains Nafal Ibadaat. And it is said in Hadish Shareef-
(199-201)
Meaning: it is narrated by Hazrat Abdullah Bin Salaam Rwadiallahu Ta`aala Anhu. He said, Rwasoolullah, Saiyeedul Mursaleen, Imamul Mursaleen, Khwatamunnabiyeen, Hujoor Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam says, Hey you people! Make publicity to wish Salaam, feed food to people, keep relation with relatives and pray Swalaat when people go to sleep. Thus you can get into Jannat with peace.” (Tirmiji, Ibne Majah, Darimi). On the above Hadish Shareef-
Meaning: “Pray Swalaat when people go to sleep.”- says to pray Nafal ibadaat, spccially Tahajjud prayer.
There are hundreds of Hadish Shareef that order us to fast (Nafal) by day. As example it says-
(202-203)
Meaning: “It is narrated from Hazrat Ali Rwadiallahu Ta`aala Anhu. He said, Rwasoolullah, Saiyeedul Mursaleen, Imamul Mursaleen, Khwatamunnabiyeen, Hujoor Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam says, Pray Swalaat at night and fast by day when it is the 15th of the month of Sha`baan (Shab e Borat). Because Allah Ta`aala comes on the Sky of the Earth at the time of sunset at that night. It means, he sends down special mercy upon us. Then he decleares, is there anyone who seek forgiveness? I will forgive him. Is there anyone who seek `Rizk`? I will give him `Rizk`. Is there anyone who is in danger? I will give away his danger. He continuously announces this till Fajar and that means `Subhe Sadiq`.” (Ibne Majah, Mishqaat)
In the Hadish Shareef-
(204)
Meaning: “Then pray Swalaat at that night (Shab e Borat) and fast by day.”-This orders us to pray Nafaal Ibadaat at night and fast by day. So, it is proved that, it is under the order of Quraan Shareef and Hadish Shareef to pray by staying awake at night through Nafaal Ibadaat and to fast by day.
It is further noted that, there is no such `Fard` that does not have the combination of `Nafal` and that means Wajib, Sunnat and Mustahaab. That means, in every `Fard` there is the mixture of `Nafal` and it is narrated, Allah TA`aala fulfilled and decorated with beauty each `Fard` Amaal with the Sunnat Amaal.” Therefore, Nafal Amaal or Ibadaat is obviously done when any Fard ibadaat is done.
Therefore, how can it be said that, `praying through Ibadaat by staying awake at night and fasting by day is Bidaat?` Actually this can be decleared only by those who are rejected in real from Islam and being Muslim and also represents real Murtaad. Their identity is decleared by Rwasoolullah, Saiyeedul Mursaleen, Imamul Mursaleen, Khwatamunnabiyeen, Hujoor Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam himself. It is quoted-
(205-206)
Meaning: This was narrated by Hazrat Abu Huraira Rwadiallahu Ta`aala Anhu. He said, Rwasoolullah, Saiyeedul Mursaleen, Imamul Mursaleen, Khwatamunnabiyeen, Hujoor Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam says, Couples of liar Dajjal will appear during the end age of Earth, they will represent such speech (false/made up) to you that you have never heard of it and your forefathers also have never heard of it. Be aware! Stay away from them and make others so that they can also stay away from them. Then they will not be able to misguide you and will fail to get you into any trouble. (Muslim Shareef, Mishqaat Shareef)
In this Hadish Shareef it is said that there would come out many liar Dajjal. According to Hadish Shareef the main Dajjal will be only one. But his followers and that means the agent of Dajjal will be thousands and millions.
The main point is, there will come out many liar Dajjal before the main Dajjal. They will perform the activities of the main Dajjal. And that is, they will get people into Kufri by destroying their Aqeeda and `Amaal.
Therefore, it is Fard-Wajib for every Muslim to know them so that they can get rid of from their bad and misguided `Amaal-Aqeeda and save their true Aqeeda-`Amaal. Otherwise, the people who will fall into the capture of Dajjal or pay heed to him, and then their Hashar-Nashor will be with that Dajjal.
May Allah Ta`aala give all of us the ability to identify that Dajjal and to stay away from them to protect our Aqeeda-`Amaal so that we can get the satisfaction of Allah Ta`aala and Habeebulllah, Rwasoolullah, Saiyeedul Mursaleen, Imamul Mursaleen, Khwatamunnabiyeen, Hujoor Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam.
Is `Lailatum Mubaraqah` means `Lailatul Qadaar` in Surah Dukhan, Ayaat Shareef-3 and 4? Or is it means `Shab e Borat`?
`Lailatum Mubaraqah` does not mean `Lailatul Qadaar` in Surah Dukhan, Ayaat Shareef-3 rather than it means only `Shab e Borat`.
Because, Allah Ta`aala has sent down a separate Surah called `Surah Qaadar` regarding the pride and importance of `Lailatul Qadar`. And its `Shaan I Nujool` and explanation are described separately.
In that `Surah Qadar` Allah Ta`aala says-
(207)
Meaning: “Certainly I have sent down Quraan Shareef at the night of Qadar. Do you know what the night of Surah Qadar is? (It means you know about the night of Qadar) The night of Qadar is better than thousands of Months. By the permission of Rwaab, Rooh (Hazrat Zibrail Alaihis Salaam) and Malaika Alaihimus Salaam is sent down at that night at every work or order. Peace is sent down. It (the night of Qadar) remains till Fajar.
Shaan e Nujool: Hazrat Ibne Abee Hatim Rwahmatullahi Alaihi narrated this, Rwasoolullah, Saiyeedul Mursaleen, Imamul Mursaleen, Khwatamunnabiyeen, Hujoor Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam once was discussing about one Mujahid of Banee Israel. He engages in Jihad for thousand of month continuously and never has given up his weapons. Hearing this, Muslims felt strange and that is why this `Surah Qadar` is sent down. At this, it declears that only one night of Ibadaat of Ummat e Muhammadi is better than one thousand month of Ibadaat of that person of Banee Israel. Subhanallah! (Tafseer e Majhari)
The meaning of `Qadar` and its explanation: The meaning of `Qadar` is greatfulness and respect. This night is called `Lailatul Qadar` and that means `the night of greatfulness` for its greatfulness and respect. The reason to say this night `Qadar` is, the person who had no respect earlier of that night for lack of A`maal, he will receive Fajeelat and respect by praying Tauba-Istigfaar and Ibadaat-Bandegi at that night.
So, `Lailatul Qadar` or `Shab r Qadar` and `Lailatul Borat` or `Shab e Borat` is not the same night. Rather than, both nights are different which is even described in Quraan Shareef and Hadish Shareef separately.
Surah Qadar tells us about `Lailatul Qadar`. And Surah Dukhan tells us about `Lailatul Borat` as `Lailatum Mubaraqah` or `the night of Barqaat`.
It is narrated in about all famous and reliable Tafseer Quitaab that, `Lailatum Mubaraqah` that is narrated in Surah Dukhan means `Lailatul Borat` or `Shab e Borat`.
As an example, `Lailatum Mubaraqah` that is noted in Surah Dukhan is explained in the World famous Tafseer Quitaab `Tafseer e Majhari`, volume-8, page -368 that-
(208)
It means, special Sahabi Hazrat Iqrama Rwadiallahu Ta`aala Anhu says, `Lailatum Mubaraqah` is `the middle night of the month Sha`ban` and that means `the night of Borat`. At that night, all the decisions are made for the activities of the whole year.
Regarding to the explanation of that Ayaat Shareef, Hazrat Abdullah Ibne Abbas Rwadiallahu Ta`aala Anhu says-
(209-210)
Meaning: “According to the great Allah Ta`aala, `Lailatum Mubaraqah` or `the night of Baraqaat` means `the middle night of the month Sha`baan` or `Shab e Borat`. Allah Ta`aala gives decisions about important subjects at that night.” (Safwatut Tafaseer)
It is noted in the famous Tafseer Quitab `Tafseer e Khwajeen` that-
(211)
Meaning: “Cretainly I have decided to send down this (Quraan Shareef) on a night full with Barqaat. `Lailatum Mubaraqah` is the night of the half of the month of Sha`ban and that means Shab e Borat.”
It is noted in the well famous Tafseer Quitaab `Tafseer e Bagbi`, volume-6, page-143 that-
(212-213)
Meaning: “Cretainly I have decided to send down this (Quraan Shareef) on a night full with Barqaat. Many Rabee says, `Lailatum Mubaraqah` and that means the night with Baraqaat is the night of the half of the month of Sha`ban and that means Shab e Borat.”
It is noted in `Tafseer e Najmud Duraar`, volume-7, page-62 that-
ليلة مباركة
Means-
ليلة النصف من شعبان
That means ` the night of the half of the month of Sha`ban and that means Shab e Borat. `
The well famous Tafseer from the World of Tafseer `Tafseer e Kurtabi`, volume-8, page-126 says-
(214)
Meaning: “Special Sahibi Hazrat Iqrama Rwadiallahu Ta`aala Anhu says, `Lailatum Mubaraqah` means the night of the half of the month of Sha`ban and that means Shab e Borat”.
It is noted in the famous Tafseer Quitaab `Tafseer e Lubaab`, volume-17, page-310 and 311 that-
(215)
Meaning: “At the night with full of Baraqaat, every decisions about important subjects are given. Special Sahabee Hazrat Iqrama Rwadiallahu Ta`aala Anhu says, the aim of `Lailatum Mubaraqah` is the night of the half of the month of Sha`ban and that means Shab e Borat. The list of various subject are made for the following year at this night.”
The well famous and well known Tafseer from the World of Tafseer `Tafseer e Ibne Qaseer`, volume-4, page-210 says-
(216-241)
Meaning: “Some says, the aim of `Lailatum Mubaraqah` is the night of the half of the month of Sha`ban and that means Shab e Borat. As an example, they give the Hadish Shareef described by Hazrat Iqrama Rwadiallahu Ta`aala Anhu as a reference. There are many other Hadish Shareef like, Hazrat Abdullah Ibne Saleh Rwahmatullahi Alaihi narrated from Hazrat Lais Rwahmatullahi Alaihi, he narrated from Hazrat Aqueel Rwahmatullahi Alaihi, he narrated from Hazrat Imaam Juhree Rwahmatullahi Alaihi. He said, Hazrat Usman Ibne Muhammad Ibne Mugeera Ibne Akhnaas Rwadiallahu Ta`aala Anhu narrated to us.
He said, Rwasoolullah, Saiyeedul Mursaleen, Imamul Mursaleen, Khwatamunnabiyeen, Hujoor Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam says, from one Saa`baan to the next Sha`baan and that means from 15th Sha`baan to the next 15th Sha`baan, the list of the people who will die is made, even the list of someone`s marriage and his child who is going to be born and when is going to die are made in this Shab e Borat.”
Besides from all the above World famous, well known and reliable Tafseer Quitaab-Tafseer e Abee Saud, Baijabi, Durre Mansoor, Tafseer e Jalaline, Tafseer e Qaaamaline, Tafseer e Tabari, Tafseer e Garaib, Tafseer e Ruhul Bayan, Tafseer e Ruhau Mayaani, Tafseer e Jaadul Maseer, Tafseer e Al Muharrarul Wajeej, Tafseer e Maowaheeb, Hashiae Sihaab, Tafseer e Ibne Abbas Rwadiallahu Ta`aala Anhu, Tafseer e Door e Maasoon, Tafseer e Kashaaf, Tafseer e Deeaul, Quraan, Tafser e Ahkamul Quraan, Tafseer e Qaseemi, Tafseer e Mizan, Tafseer e Maowardee, Noorul Irfaan, Tafseer e Mugni, Tafseer e Bahre Mauaaj, Tafseer e Tafhimul Quraan etc Tafseer Quitaab also meant `Lailatum Mubaraqah` as `Lailatul Boraat` or `Shab e Borat`.
- The Rijik is increased at Shab e Borat and how many people will born and how many will die are also decided. Is it legal according to Quraan Shareef –Hadish Shareef?
The right answer of the above statement is, yes, it is surely legal according to Quraan Shareef –Hadish Sharef. As an example, Regarding to the 4th Ayaat Shareef of `Surah Dukhan` of Kalamullah Shareef, Allah Ta`aala says-
(242)
Meaning: “It (Shab e Borat) is such a night where all the important decisions are decided”.
In the explanation of the Ayaat Shareef, it is said in Hadish Shareef-
(243-244)
Meaning: It is decided at the night of Borat how many children will be born and how many children will be dead. In this night, the A`maal of `Abdh` is sent (to Allah Ta`aala) and the Rijk of `Abdh` is decided at this night.” (Baihaqi, Mishqaat)
In explaining the Ayaat Shareef-Roisul Mufassireen Hazrat Ibne Abbas Rwadiallahu Ta`aala Anhu says-
(245)
Meaning: “The great Allah Ta`aala meant the middle night of the month of Sha`baan and that means Shab e Borat by `Lailatum Mubaraqah` or `the month with Baraqaat`. Allah Ta`aala decides all important decisions at this night”. (Safwaatut Tafaseer)
It is noted in the well famous Tafseer Quitaab `Tafseer e Ibne Qaseer`, volume-4, page-210 that-
(246)
Meaning: “Noor I Mujassam, Habeebullah Hujoor I Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam says, from one Saa`baan to the next Sha`baan and that means from 15th Sha`baan to the next 15th Sha`baan, the list of the people who will die is made, even all ths necessary lists of someone`s marriage and which of his child will be born and when he is going to be dead is made at Shab e Borat.”
It is said in Hadish Shareef-
(247)
Meaning: “Hazrat Muhammad Ibne Maisara Ibne Akhfaas Rwahmatullahi Alaihi narrated that, Noor I Mujassam, Habeebullah Hujoor I Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam says, the decision of death is taken in the month of Sha`baan (Shab e Borat) to the next month of Sha`baan. Even the list of people`s marriage and the child that is going to be born in that year from them are made and also the list of the people who are going to be dead in that year are made.” (Tafseer e Majhari, volume-8, page-368)
It is noted in `Tafseer e Majhari`, volume-10 that-
(248)
Meaning: “Hazrat Iqrama Rwadiallahu Ta`aala Anhu says, all the decided issues are decided in the particular time and is decided in the mid of the month of Sha`baan and that means at `Shab e Borat`. The list of the daed and alive are made at that night. No adding or removing is done from this list. Rather than they are done nicely.”
It is noted in `Tafseer e Madariq` and `Tafseer e Haseea e Khajeen` in volume-4, page-112 that-
(249-250)
Meaning: “All the important issues are decided at the night of the half of the month of Sha`baan and that means `Shab e Borat`. In the Ayaat Shareef the meaning of ÒيفرقÓ is ÒيفصلÓ and that means `deciding something` and ÒيكتبÓ means writing down about each `Abd` about his Rijk and even their death limit and the list of all issues at that night which means at Shab e Borat. And they are executed at the night of Shab e Qadar for the following one year.”
Hadish Shareef further says-
(251)
Meaning: “Hazrat Abdullah Ibne Abbas Rwadiallahu Ta`aala Anhu says, Noor I Mujassam, Habeebullah Hujoor I Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam says, Allah Ta`aala decides about all the issues at the night of the half of the month of Sha`baan and that means Shab e Baraat. And all the lists of decided decisions are given to the hands of executive Malaika so that they can execute and activate those decisions. (Tafseer e Khwajin, Volume-4, page-112)
Hadish Shareef further says-
(252-292)
Meaning: “Ummul Mu`mineen Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqa Alaihis Salaam says, Noor I Mujassam, Habeebullah Hujoor I Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam used to fast in the the whole month of Sha`baan and I asked him about it. In reply he said, the list of the people who will be dead in that year are prepared in the month of Sha`baan (Shab e Boraat).” (Tafseer e Durre Mansoor, volume-6, page-26)
Therefore, “At the middle night of the month of Sha`baan and that means at Shab e Boraat, Rijk is increased and how many people will be born and how many people will be dead are decided.” – the statement is completely in favor of Quraan Shareef-Hadish Shareef and that is proved by the references of World famous, reliable Hadish Shareef, Tafseer, Sarah and narrative Quitaab mentioned above.
Therefore, publishing it`s opposite statement is completely Kufri. If any Muslim commits any Kufri, then he will be out from being Muslim and he will be Murtaad and Qaafir openly.

- Is there any Swalaat called Alfiah or the Swalaat of Ragaib?
The answer of the above statement is, yes, there is Swalaat called Alfiah or Swalaat of Ragaib. But this prayer is not for performing at the middle night on the month of Sha`baan rather than it is performed at the first Jumma night on the month of Rajab.
It is strange to see the ignorant and darkness ot those who oppose Shab e Borat like Wahabi, Khareji, Jamaati, Tabligi and La-Majhabi on the way of their opposing to Shab e Borat they have jointed Alfiah or Rwagagib that is celebrated on the month of Rajab with the month of Sha`baan.
Actually this is what happens when someone opposes the truth. Ilim is vanished, sense-intelligence is reduced, A`maal is destroyed, Imaan-Aqeeda is destroyed, as a result they become the fuel of Jahannam.
It is noted that, `Lailatur Rwagaib` or the night of Rwagaib is the first Jumma night of the month of Rajab. It is one of the nights with Fajeelat. At this great night, the Nwabee Alaihimus Salaam of all the Nwabee, Rwasool Alaihimus Salaam of all the Rwasool, Saiyeedul Mursaleen, Imaamul Mursaleen, Khwatamunnabiyeen, Habeebullah Hujoor I Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam came to the sacred utreus of his mother.
Regarding to the Fajeelat of this sacred night, Imaam of the Hambali Majhab Hazrat Imam Ahmad Bin Hambal Rwahmatullahi Alaihi says, “The fajeelat of Lailatur Rwagaib is more than Shab e Qadar, Shab e Borat and other important day and night with Fajeelat.” At the time when he gave that statement, the Alim-Ulama, Imam-Mujtahid of that age came to him and asked, Hujoor (sir)! The Fajeelat of Shab e Borat, Shab e Qadar and other day and night with Fajeelat are described in Quraan Shareef and Hadish Shareef. But there is no description about Lailatur Rwagaib or Shab e Rwagaib in Quraan Shareef and Hadish Shareef, then how come the the Fajeelat of this night be more than those night with Fajeelat mentioned earlier?
Then Hazrat Imam Ahmad Bin Hamble Rwahmatullahi Slaihi replied, do you know which night is called Lailatur Rwagaib? They confessed that they did not know about it, and then he gave the identity of Lailatur Rwagaib, Lailatur Rwagaib is the night when Saiyeedul Mursaleen, Imaamul Mursaleen, Khwatamunnabiyeen, Habeebullah Hujoor I Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam came to the sacred utreus of his mother. The importance of this night is more than the other important night with Fajeelat is because, if Saiyeedul Mursaleen, Imaamul Mursaleen, Khwatamunnabiyeen, Habeebullah Hujoor I Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam would not come to the sacred utreus of his mother, then we might not be able to receive Shab e Qadar, Shab e Borat and other important days and nights with Fajeelat. We received Shab e Borat, Shab e Qadar and other important day and night by the Waseela of Saiyeedul Mursaleen, Imaamul Mursaleen, Khwatamunnabiyeen, Habeebullah Hujoor I Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam. Therefore, the Fajeelat of Lailatur Rwagaib is the most. Subhanallah!
Regarding to Swalatur Lailatur Rwagaib Hadish Shareef says-
(293-294)
Meaning: It is narrated by Hazrat Anaas Rwadiallahu Ta`aala Anhu. Certainly Nooi I Mujassam Saiyeedul Mursaleen, Imaamul Mursaleen, Khwatamunnabiyeen, Habeebullah Hujoor I Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam says, `Swalatur Rwagaib` is the Swalaat of the first Jumma night of the month of Rajab. He prayed 12 Rakaat Swalaat with 6 Salaam between Maghrib and Isha at that night. In each Rakaat, he would recit Surah Fatiha with Surah Qadar for three times and Surah Ikhlaas for twelve times. After that, at the end of Swalaat he woule recite the following Dorood Shareef for 70 times-
(Allahumma Swalli Alaa Muhammadineen Nwabiyeel Ummiye wa Ala Alihee wa Sallam)
That means, Hay Allah Ta`aala! Give special Rehmat and special peace to the point of attention of all the Nwabee Alaihimus Salaam, Hujoor I Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam and his `Al` and all of his `Yaal`. After that, he made his `Sijda` and during it, he would recite the following `Tasbih` for 70 times-
(Quddusun Rwabbul Malaaikati War Roohee)
It means, “all the `Tasbih` and all the sacredness to the `Rwaab` Allah Ta`aala who is the creator of all the Angels and all the `Rooh`.” After that, raising his sacred head, he would recite the following `Dua-
(Rwabbigfeer Warhaam wa Tajawaaj Amma Ta`lamu Innaka Antal Aleeyul A`jaamu)
It means, “hey our Rwaab! Forgive me, have mercy and grant and decide what is good for me. Certainly you possess the heighest and greatest pride.”
In the other explanation it says, possesses the heighest prestige and respect. After that, he made his `Sijdah` and after reaching to the `Sijdah` he made similar D`ua and after that he asked about for whatever he needed to Allah Ta`aala. Because, Certainly Allah Ta`aala does not refuse to those who are in need. (Rwajeen, Maa Sabaata Minas Sunnah)
Therefore, there is Swalaat what is called the Swalaat of Rwagaib but it is only prayed at the first Jumma on the month of Rajab. But not at the night of the half of the month of Sha`baan.
Note: The Ibadaat-Bandegi that is narrated to perform at the great night of Lailatur Rwagaib, is actually an A`maaliaat. Therefore, the followers of Twareeqah must not perform those Ibadaat unless they have the permission of his own Murshid Quibla. That means, they will perform their `Amaal according to their Sabaak of his Twareeqah. It is the root destination of Qamaaliaat.
- Is it `Bidaat` to `Jiaraat` grave at the night of the half of the month of Sha`baan?
The accurate and answer with referernce of the above misguided and confused statement is-no, It is not `Bidaat` to `Jiaraat` grave at the night of the half of the month of Sha`baan rather than it is Sunnat. It is strict Kufri to decleare Bidaat to a Sunnat. If any Muslim commits Kufri, then he becomes Murtaad and Qaafir. All the A`maal of his whole life gets ruined. He is automatically being divorced if he is married in earlier. His Hajj has been rejected. His heiresses are stopped. He gets only three days to pray his Tauba. If he does not make his Tauba in this time, then his only one punishment is death which on behalf of Khilafaat. It is not legal to pray his Janaja and participate in it. He would not be buried in any Muslim graveyard. Rather than he would be thrown to a hole like dog and fox.
It is noted that, the night of the half of the month of Sha`baan is called in many different ways. One of them is, (Lailatuj Jeearati) and that means the night to Jiaraat grave.
Basically, the night of the half of the month of Sha`baan is called the night of Jiaraat as Jiaraat is done at that night. Actually Jiaraat in this night is a special Sunnat of Rwasoolullah Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam. As an example, it is said in Hadish Shareef –
(295-301)
Meaning: “It is narrated by Ummul Mu`mineen Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqa Alaihis Salaam. She said, once I was passing night with Nooi I Mujassam Saiyeedul Mursaleen, Imaamul Mursaleen, Khwatamunnabiyeen, Habeebullah Hujoor I Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam. At a time I did find him in bed and thought that he might has gone into the sacred house of another Ummul Mu`mineen Alaihis Salaam. While looking, I found him in Jannatul Baqi. He was praying to Allah Ta`aala for the forgiveness of his Ummat. I returned home after seeing that and he also returned and asked, did you think that Allah Ta`aala and his Rwasool Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam have given up Amanaat with you! I replied, Ya Rwasoolullah Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam! I though that, you might have gone into the sacred house of one of the Ummul Mu`mineen Alaihis Salaam. After that, Rwasoolullah Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam replied, certainly Allah Ta`aala comes on the Sky of the Earth at the night of the 15th of Sha`baan. That means he sends down his special Rahmat. Then he forgives of his `Banda` more than in the amount of the fur of sheep that belongs to `Banee Qaalb`. (Tirmiji, Ibne Majah, Rwajeen, Mishqaat, Mirqaat, Lumaat, Ashaatul Lumaat)
On the above Hadish Shareef, Rwasoolullah Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam himself prayed for the forgiveness of his Ummat by reaching to the grave yard of Jannatul Baqi at the night of the half of the night of the month of Sha`baan and that means at Shab e Borat. He even prayed D`ua for them.
- Is it Bidaat to cook Halua-bread, varities food and serve them?
The accurate answer of the above made up and baseless statement of the rejected group is-no, it is neither Bidaat nor illegal to cook Halua-bread, varities food and serve them at the night of Shab e Borat. Rather then it is completely in favor of Shariat and that means in favor of Quraan Shareef-Sunnah Shareef and the reason to receive uncountable Saouaab. There is a history about the huge serving of bread-halua especially in our country and in our neighbor countries during the time of Shab e Borat.
It is noted in history that, in earlier, markets, ports, hotel-restaurants were not spreaded all over the places like now a days. At that time during travel, people used to stay or sleep at night in hotel, motel or inn. That means if the travellers do not get the house of their relatives or known persons during travelling, then they used to stay at night in hotel, motel and inn.
And the authority of those hotel, motel and inn managed the food for travellers.
Especially during Shab e Borat, many of the travellers who stayed at night in those places, used to pray Ibadaat-Bandegi at night and fast by day. For this reason the authority of those places managed food so that the travellers could perform their Ibadaat-Bandegi at night and fast by day without any trouble.
As it is Sunnat to eat halua-bread and meat-bread and that is why they used to arrange halua-bread and meat-bread. Besides, the main food of the Arab is bread-halua or bread-meat. They are not used to eat rice, fish etc. From there the practice of eating halua-bread during Shab e Borat is spreaded to our country by turns.
It is noted that, it is not legal to follow any ill tradition or ill rule in any `Amaal,
Now the Masa`laa is- it will must be legal if someone arrange halua-bread without making it as a tradition or do not ruin his own Ibadaat-Bandegi.
Not only that, it will be a reason of Neki for a person if he performs his own Ibadaat-Bandegi accurately and arrange halua-bread or meat-bread or any type of traditional food of our country for the benefit of Ibadaat-Bandegi and fast for those who will pray Ibadaat-Bandegi at night and fast by day.
