Allah Pak Dictates, “You ask from ME (do supplications), “Ya Rob! Please enhance our knowledge”. And Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Dictated, “Explore Ilm (knowledge) from the cradle till the grave (from birth till death)”. That is Why when a Muslim child is born, he undergoes Ta’zin-Tahniq that is imparting of religious teachings begin through Azan-Iqamah in his ears and practice of Sunnah starts through pouring of honey into his mouth. Therefore in a country of 97% Muslim population with its state religion Islam, ‘Islamic Teachings’ should be the foremost and compulsory item from the beginning till the end in its Education Policy. These are the instructions of Qur’an Shareef and Sunnah Shareef. Muslims can not accept any other teaching systems contrary to these.
Focal Wali-Allah of this age, Imam and Mujtahid of the age, Imaamul Aimmah, Qutwubul A’alam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah, Mamduh Ha’drat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam of Rajarbagh Shareef, Dhaka Says, “We are Muslims. Muslims need to abide by Islamic rituals since birth or even before till death and even after”. That is why Allah Pak Dictates, “You ask from ME (do supplications), “Ya Rob! Mujaddidu A’azwam Mamduh Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says, “Similarly after demise also, a bath is provided, robes worn, janaga prayers offered and burials done all in Sunnah systems. And to perform all these acts, one must acquire knowledge on Deen and Islam. That is why, it would be Far’d-Wajib for a government of the pledges of ‘not having passed any laws contrary to Qur’an and Sunnah’ to include ‘Islamic Teachings’ as compulsory and the foremost item from the beginning till the end in the Education Policy of a country of 97% Muslim population with its state-religion Islam.”
Mujaddidu A’azwam Mamduh Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says, “It is Far’d-e-Ayeen (must) for a Muslim to acquire religious (Islamic) lessons. That’s the reason that instructions and encouragements have been made and blessings and benefits described in numerous places in the Qur’an Shareef and Sunnah Shareef for acquiring Deeni Ilm (Islamic knowledge).”
Mujaddidu A’azwam Mamduh Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says, Allah Pak Dictates, “You ask from ME (do supplications), “Ya Rob! Please enhance our knowledge”. And Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Dictates, “Explore Ilm (knowledge) from the cradle till the grave (from birth till death)”.
Mujaddidu A’azwam Mamduh Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says, ‘Rwasoolullah Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Dictated, “Acquiring Ilm (knowledge on Islam) is a must for every Muslim man and woman. (Baihaqi, Mishqat, Mirqat, Ash’atul Lum’at, Lum’at, Muzahire Haq, Mir’atul Manazih, Twaliqus Swabih, Iheaul Ulumuddin, Arbaeen). And this Knowledge is of two kinds, which has been narrated in another Hadis Shareef reference that Ilm is of two classes: (1) Qalbi Ilm that is, Ilm-e-Tasauf which is a useful Ilm. (2) Lisani Ilm that is Ilm-e-fiqh which is like documentary evidences from Allah Pak for the mankind. (Daremi, Targhib, Taariqh, Mishqat, Mirqat, Abdul Baar, Daylami,Sharhut Tibwi, Twaliqus Swabih.) In explaining this Hadis Shareef, Ha’drwat Mullah Qari Rwa’hmatullahi Alaihi describes in his ‘Mirqat Shareef (of Mishqat Shareef), that Imam Ha’drwat Malik Rwa’hmatullahi Alaihi, the Imam of Maliki Madhab Says, ‘One who learns Ilm-e-Fiqh but does not go for Ilm-e-Tasauf , is a Fasiq. And one who learns Ilm-e-Tasauf but does not learn Ilm-e-Fiqh is a zindiq (kaafir). One who learns both is Muhaqqiq (Truly wise). And one who Says, ‘I do Maarifat or Ilm-e-Tasauf’ but does not care Shari’ah or Fiqh, is a zindiq. One who learns both is a Muhaqqiq (Truly wise person).
Mujaddidu A’azwam Mamduh Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says, “From the discussions above, it is only evident that, for all Muslim man and woman, learning Ilm-e-Fiqh and Ilm-e Tasauf is Far’d. There is ruling (Fatwa) in Shari’ah that, it is Far’d-e-Kifayah for some Muslims, after Ilm-e Fiqh and Ilm-e-Tasauf, to go for some extra learning to become more skilled and be a Muhaqqiq. If this Far’d-e-Kifayah is not done, then all shall be liable of compromising a Far’d item. In this regard, Allah Pak Dictates, “And it is not (proper) for the believers to go out to fight (Jihad) all together. Of every troop of them, a party only should go forth, that they (who are left behind) may get instructions in (Islamic) religion, and that they may warn their people when they return to them, so that they may be aware (of evil). (Sura Taubah, Ayat Shareef 122). Therefore, some people must achieve special skills in religious lessons in order to become Muhaqqiq or else all shall be considered as defaulters of violating Far’d-e-Kifayah. (Tafsire Mazhari, Ruhul Mayani, Ruhul Bayan, Fathhul Qadir, Hashiaye Sabi, Khazen, Baghbi, Kabeer, Ibne Kathir, Ja’adul Masir, Bayanul Qur’an).
Mujaddidu A’azwam Mamduh Ha’drwat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam Says, “The gist is: after a Muslim child is born, he undergoes Ta’zin-Tahniq that is imparting of religious teachings begin through Azan-Iqamah in his ears and practice of Sunnah starts by pouring honey into his mouth while also after demise, Deen Islam is completely followed. Therefore in a country of 97% Muslim population with its state religion Islam, ‘Islamic Teachings’ as the foremost and compulsory item from the beginning till the end in the education system must be there. This is what has been dictated in the Qur’an Shareef and Sunnah Shareef. Muslims can never accept any other education systems contrary to these.”
