Moon for Sha’ban 1433 for Shab-e-Barat

Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam Declares, “Verily there are five definite nights that the supplications are sure to be granted.  1. The first night of the month of Rajab.  2. Shab-e-Barat.  3. Shab-e-Qadr.  4 & 5. Two nights of the two Eid”.   The sacred night of the Shab-e-Barat is the night for supplications to be granted; a night for achieving blessings, prosperity, peace and salvation.  In order to celebrate the scared Shab-e-Barat, Muslims of the whole world should arrange to keenly look for the crescent for the month of Sha’ban.  It is Wajib-e-Kifaya to look for the fresh moon every month and it is Far’d (mandatory) to start an Arabic month on the right date.  Therefore, it would appropriate for all Muslim countries including Saudi Arabia to make special arrangements to look for the moon of Sha’ban and begin the month on the correct date by observing the moon with bare-eyes.

Focal Wali-Allah of this age, Imam and Mujtahid of the age, Imaamul Aimmah, Qutwubul A’alam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah, Mamduh Ha’drat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam of Rajarbagh Shareef, Dhaka, Says, “In order to celebrate the scared Shab-e-Barat, Muslims of the whole world should arrange to keenly look for the crescent for the month of Sha’ban. It is Wajib-e-Kifaya to look for the fresh moon every month and it is Far’d (mandatory) to start an Arabic month on the right date”.  He made those remarks while discussing the significance of the sacred month of Sha’ban and the aspects of starting an Arabic month on a right date.
Mujaddidey A’azwam Ha’drat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam says, “The day or the time that the moon for the sacred month of Sha’ban shall be viewed in any part of the world, the sacred Shab-e-barat shall be observed on the night following the 14th day since that day (or time). The sacred Shab-e-Barat is the night for having the supplications accepted. A night for achieving blessings, prosperity, peace and salvation.”
Mujaddidey A’azwam Ha’drat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam says, “If the month starts in a region without watching the moon, that area shall be obviously deprived of the blessings of the Shab-e-Barat. If moon is visible in any one of the two neighbouring countries or regions, that country or region would be blessed with the gifts of Shab-e-Barat on that day while the other country or region gets it on a different day (rightly on the 14th night as per counting).”

Mujaddidey A’azwam Ha’drat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam says, “Here the aspect of having received the blessings, peace and prosperity is not only ‘date-related’ but is wholly on abiding by the instructions of Allah Pak and Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam and Their exclusive satisfaction. Having had blessings at one place, yet some people might remain deprived from it because of (ill) Niah (desires).”
Mujaddidey A’azwam Ha’drat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam says, “Even if the Arabic month begins in some country or place by viewing the moon, yet for non-compliance and defying the orders of the Shari’ah, people of that country or region would go deprived from the great blessings and gifts of the sacred Shab-e-Barat.”
Mujaddidey A’azwam Ha’drat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam says, “Saudi Arabia and all other Muslim countries should make special arrangement to look for the moon of Sha’ban and begin the month on the correct date by observing the moon with bare-eyes.”

Mujaddidey A’azwam Ha’drat Murshid Qibla ‘Alaihis Salaam says, “In Bangladesh, the crescent for the sacred moth of Sha’ban should be looked for on the 22nd of Auwal, 1380 Shamsi, 20 June 2012 Isaayi, Yawmul ‘Arbiayee (Wednesday) evening. The sun sets at Dhaka on that day at 06:48 pm and the moon sets at 07:22 pm. The difference between the sunset and the moonset shall be around 34 minutes. The position of moon during the sunset would be 6 degrees and 50 minutes above the horizontal line; angular separation would be 10 degrees and 38 minutes. The sun would be at an azimuth of 296 degrees and the moon shall have to found at an azimuth of 288 degrees. There is no possibility of the crescent to be visible that day.”
