Women Jam’at Prohibited

Allah Pak Dictates, “Only the kaafir oppose the Sahaba-e-Kiram RwadiAllahu Ta’ala Anhum.” Very prominent Sahabi, Ameerul Mu’minin Hajrat Umr Ibnul Khwattab RwadiAllahu Anhu imposed restrictions on ‘women Jam’at’. Instantly it was supported by Ummul Mu’minin Hajrat Siddiqa ‘Alaihas Salaam including all other Hajrat Sahaba-e-Kiram RwadiAllahu Ta’ala Anhum. Denying this is absolute kufri. Therefore, as per Shariah, it is haraam and kufri for the women to attend any Jam’at in the Masjid or Eidgah for 5 times Swalat or Tarawee, Jum’ua or Eid.

Prime Point of Allah’s attention, Imam and Mujtahid of the age, Imaamul Aimmah, Qutwubul A’alam, Awladur Rwasool, Habeebullah, Mamduh, Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee of Rajarbagh Dorbar Shareef, Dhaka said, ‘Allah Ta’ala says, “According to the Fatwa of Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jam’at, it is haraam and kufri for the women to attend any Jam’at in the Masjid or Eidgah, may it be for 5 times Swalat or Tarawee, Jum’ua or Eid.”

 

Mujaddide A’azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “During the time of Noor-e-Mujassam, Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam, Hajrat Abu Bakr Siddiq RwadiAllahu Ta’ala Anhu and some initial days of the Caliphate of Hajrat Umr Ibnul Khwattab RwadiAllahu Anhu, women Jam’at was in practice. And then Hajrat Umr Ibnul Khwattab RwadiAllahu Anhu prohibited and stopped all sorts of women Jam’at for Swalat.  When this issue was reported to Ummul Mu’minin Hajrat Ayesha Siddiqa ‘Alaihas Salaam, She also gave HER consent in favour of prohibition of women Jam’at.”

 

Mujaddide A’azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “Some jahil (ignorant) say that, ‘Ameerul Mu’minin Hajrat Umr Ibnul Khwattab RwadiAllahu Anhu did not restrict the women Jam’at’. (Na’uzubillah!). In fact, being ignorant, they are falsifying like that. There are ample of references available in number of books that He forbade the women to attend Masjid.”

 

Mujaddide A’azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “It is there in many books like Fathul Qadir, Gayatul Aotar, Hidaya, Nihaya, Ainul Hidaya, Tahtawi, Durrul Mukhtar, Rwaddul Muhtar, Fatwa-e-Hindia, that, “Women used to come in Jam’at during the time of Huzur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam which was later forbidden by Ameerul Mu’minin, Hajrat Umr Ibnul Khwattab RwadiAllahu Ta’ala Anhu. Then the women informed the matter to Ummul Mu’minin Hajrat Ayesha Siddiqa Alaihas Salaam, while She Remarked, ‘Hajrat Umr RwadiAllahu Ta’ala has done the right thing’.”

 

Mujaddide A’azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “This supporting of the restrictions imposed by Hajrat Umr Ibnul Khwattab on women Jam’at by Ummul Mu’minin Hajrat Ayesha Siddiqa Alaihas Salaam has been mentioned in the books of ‘Siha Sitta’, ‘The Bukhari Shareef’, ‘The Muslim Shareef’ and ‘Abu Daood Shareef’.”

 

Mujaddide A’azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “Not only that, Sahaba-e-Kiram RwadiAllahu Anhum all those who were present there, expressed their supportive consent on the Ijtihad made by Hajrat Umr Ibnul Khwattab RwadiAllahu Anhu. This is known as ‘Izmay-e-Azimat’ in the Shariah glossary, which is an authentic Shariah document like Qur’an Shareef and Hadis Shareef. The way defying Qur’an Shareef and Hadis Shareef is kufri, similarly defying Izmay-e-Azimat is also a sheer kufri. Therefore it is needless to say that women’s going to Eidgah or Masjid for Jam’at purpose is total kufri.”

 

Calling the women-Jam’at as Jaeez (permissible) by ignoring the Fatwa of Hajrat Umr Ibnul Khwattab RwadiAllahu Anhu, the support of Hajrat Ayesha Siddiqa ‘Alaihas Salaam and the Izma of Hajrat Sahaba-e-Kiram RwadiAllahu Anhum, means: 1. Neglecting and denying the Ayat Shareef of Allah Pak, 2. Neglecting and denying the Hadis Shareef of Habeebullah, Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam, 3. Disregarding and ignoring Hajrat Siddiqa ‘Alaihis Salaam 4. Considering Hajrat Ummul Mu’minin Ayesha Siddiqa ‘Alaihas Salaam and Hajrat Sahaba-e-Kiram RwadiAllahu Anhu as ‘naqis’ or incomplete, 5. Adopting a bumptious attitude that one is greater than Hajrat Ummul Mu’minin Siddiqa ‘Alaihas Salaam, Hajrat Umr Ibnul Khwattab RwadiAllahu Anhu including all of Hajrat Sahaba-e-kiram RwadiAllahu Anhu, 6. Blaming Hajrat Sahaba-e-kiram RwadiAllahu Anhu by falsifying that Hajrat Sahaba-e-Kiram converted Jaeez as Na-Jaeez (impermissible). 7. Open opposition to Hajrat Sahaba-e-kiram RwadiAllahu Anhu 8. Denying Izma, one of the major documents of Shariah, all of which are part of sheer Kufri.
Mujaddide A’azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee Says, “Allah Pak Dictates, “Only the Kaafir (murtad or apostates) maintain malice against Hajrat Sahaba-e-Kiram RwadiAllahu Anhu”. And it is mentioned in the Hadis Shareef also, that, “Those, who oppose Hajrat Sahaba-e-Kiram RwadiAllahu Anhu, are Kaafir”. And this is why, saying the women Jam’at as Jaeez is Kufri as per Shariah.”
Mujaddide A’azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee Says, “There are some ignorant persons, who try to argue womenfolk can attend Jam’at by ensuring there veils. (Na’uzubillah!). An A’amal (practice) which has been declared as prohibited (haraam), can never be approved by doing thousands of Pardah. Rather, telling that Jaeez is kufri. Moreover, when women Jam’at was prohibited by Ameerul Mu’minin, Hajrat Umr Ibnul Khwattab RwadiAllahu Ta’ala Anhu, women used to come in Masjid with veils, yet He forbade them coming for Jam’at.”
Mujaddide A’azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee says, “Some people say women Jam’at as Jaeez, referring Makkah Shareef and Madina Shareef. In fact, this is their sheer ignorance and derailment because no country, person or a tribe is a reference for Shariah. The reference is Qur’an Shareef, Hadis Shareef, Izma and Qiyas. Therefore, since women Jam’at is completely haraam according to Qur’an Shareef, Hadis Shareef, Izma and Qiyas; therefore, it is Haraam for all places including Saudi Arabia. Besides, if something is in practice in Saudi Arabia and need be called Jaeez, then music, songs and cinema shall have to be called Jaeez since these are in practice there. (Na’uzubillah!) But will Saudi Arabia call them Jaeez?”

 

Mujaddide A’azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee, quoting from Hadis Shareef  Says, ‘Saiyidul Mursaalin, Imaamul Mursaalin, Huzur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi Wa Sallam Dictated, “To Allah Pak, Swalat of womenfolk inside a dark chamber is more preferable”.’
Mujaddide A’azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee, quoting from Hadis Shareef of Dailami Shareef, says, “Women performing Swalat lonely at home instead of a Jam’at at Masjid is 25 times more rewarding!”  SubhanAllah!
Mujaddide A’azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee Says, “As per Shariah, it is haraam and kufri for the women to attend any Jam’at in the Masjid or Eidgah for 5 times Swalat or Tarawee, Jum’ua or Eid. Therefore, all the women-Jam’at in practice all over the world including Saudi Arabia should be stopped immediately.”
Mujaddide A’azwam Hajrat Murshid Qibla Mudda Zilluhul A’alee invited all womenfolk not to perform Swalat in Masjid or Eidgah but perform at home by maintaining exclusive Hijab and remain free of Fitna (hassles) and also to gain that extra reward as narrated in the Hadis Shareef.
